How to Experience the Sweat Room Sauna

Stay Hydrated

Hydration is key to getting the most out of your infrared sauna session. Many of us don’t drink enough water throughout the day, and with the added sweating from your session, it’s even more important to replenish your body. Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your visit to Sweat Room Sauna. For the best skin benefits, we also recommend removing all makeup so your skin can fully absorb the infrared heat and glow naturally.

What to Wear

At Sweat Room Sauna, comfort is key. Lightweight shorts and a t-shirt work fine, swimsuits are even better, and going natural is always welcome (we provide complimentary towels). After your session, you’ll appreciate having loose, easy-to-wear clothing—athleisure is our top recommendation.

During The Session – Don’t Stress the Sweat

At Sweat Room Sauna, wellness is a journey where the benefits build over time. The more consistently you come, the greater the results—similar to sticking with a workout routine or healthy eating plan.

During your first visit, it may take 10–20 minutes before you break a sweat. That’s because our infrared saunas heat your body from the inside out, gently raising your core temperature by 2–3 degrees, instead of just blasting hot air onto your skin like a traditional sauna.

As your body adapts to this process, you’ll start to sweat more freely and much earlier in each session—enhancing the detoxifying, relaxing, and restorative effects with every visit.

After - Sauna Session

Once your sauna session ends, your body will keep perspiring as it gradually cools. Refresh and awaken your senses with a chilled eucalyptus towel, then kindly place used towels in the Towel Drop.

Your session has helped your body release built-up toxins—now it’s time to replenish. Stay hydrated with our selection of alkaline water, coconut water, and other nutrient-rich beverages available in our fridges.
